Our Engineering technicians use the principles and theories of science, engineering, and mathematics to solve technical problems in research and development, manufacturing, sales, construction, inspection, and maintenance. Their work is more narrowly focused and application-oriented than that of scientists and engineers. Our engineering technicians have assisted engineers and scientists, especially in research and development. Others work in quality control, inspecting products and processes, conducting tests, or collecting data.
Our Engineers work in research and development to build or set up equipment, prepare and conduct experiments, collect data, calculate, record results, and help engineers or scientists in other ways, such as making prototype versions of newly designed equipment. They also assist in design work, often using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) equipment.
Most of our technicians have specialized, learning skills and working in the same disciplines as engineers. Occupational titles, therefore, tend to reflect this similarity.
We have Aerospace engineering and operations technicians to operate and maintain equipment used to test aircraft and spacecraft. New aircraft designs are subjected to years of testing before they are put into service, since failure of key components during flight can be fatal. Our Technicians calibrate and test equipment, such as wind tunnels, and determine causes of equipment malfunctions. They may also program and run computer simulations that test new designs virtually.

Our Telecommunication Carrier Division comprises 2 sub-divisions namely; NGN/Broadband Solution and Telecommunication System Architecture and Design as follows:-
The solutions provided by these divisions include the planning, design and development of various telecommunication systems to enhance the coverage and performance of existing cellular and fixed line systems as well as assisting in the migration from existing systems to 3G. Some typical examples of telecommunication solutions provided are antenna system, ancillary, DC power system and provision of cost efficient RF solutions to the cellular telecommunication industry.
In order to remain competitive and to keep abreast with the technology changes revolving in the telecommunication industry, our Group has been collaborating with several technology partners to jointly develop, customise as well as to enhance our telecommunication solutions. Currently our technology partners are Huawei, Motorola and ADC.
Under the arrangement with these MNCs, SRHB engineers will be given classroom and practical training that will allow our engineers to be conversant with the latest technologies. The transfer of know-how includes on the job training. Such training is normally given to close collaboration partners only and is not normally available to the general market.
